Supervision

I offer supervision for social workers in agency settings or private practice. Having extended experiences in various practice settings, teaching, as well as building my own practice, I understand many of the challenges unique to the different practice environment. Supervision can be ongoing or on a consultation basis. It can be a space to explore:

Areas you might feel stuck
Your strengths and areas for growth
The interplay between the self of the therapist (including social locations such as race, gender, class, sexual orientation) and the therapeutic relationship
How to incorporate an anti-oppression lens in your work
Navigation around organizational challenges if working in agency settings
Practice building if starting a private practice
Burnout

Fees for Supervision

$150 per hour
A reduced rate of $100 per hour for practitioners within three years of graduating from MSW program or starting a private practice
